Join us this January as our chefs prepare a boatload of delectable dishes featuring Gulf shrimp. And, oh yes, this is the real thing—wild-caught shrimp from America's Gulf Coast. Sweet and plump, with a firm texture preferred by both serious and not-so-serious aficionados of shrimp, these are simply the best and freshest shrimp you can get. So, come on out and indulge your
shellfish tendencies this month! Make your reservation today!
There are three varieties of Gulf shrimp: white, pink and brown—so named for the color of their shells. Unlike other varieties of shrimp, Gulf shrimp do not survive long in captivity and, for this reason, are not cultured. Surprisingly, less than 10% of the shrimp eaten in the US comes from wild harvested shrimp.
